In today's era of increasingly diverse digital display needs, the pain points of traditional LED screens—such as bulkiness and cumbersome deployment—have become more prominent. The emergence of the foldable COB LED all-in-one machine perfectly combines the image quality advantages of COB packaging technology with the spatial flexibility of a foldable structure. Compared with the traditional LED screen, which needs to be disassembled into multiple modules and installed by multiple people, it achieves an efficient experience of "quick unpacking in 2 minutes and complete deployment in 1 hour". In scenarios such as outdoor music festivals and temporary exhibitions, the efficiency is increased by up to 5 times. The die-cast aluminum ultra-light cabinet and IP30+ protection level further ensure structural stability during frequent folding, and its anti-collision and dust-proof performance is significantly better than that of traditional equipment.
Intelligent integration is another major highlight. Most devices are equipped with dual Android and Windows systems. The 4G memory + 32G storage meets the needs of multi-tasking. The built-in wireless screen projection function supports four-screen synchronous display across multiple platforms. The rich interface configuration includes HDMI, USB 3.0, RJ45, etc., which can seamlessly connect with conference whiteboards, video conferencing software and other devices, breaking the barrier of information transmission. In terms of energy consumption control, the excellent heat dissipation performance of COB technology reduces the average power consumption to as low as 800W/㎡, which is more than 30% lower than that of traditional screens.
