Outdoor media refers to the media that publish advertising information on the roofs of major buildings, in front of doors in commercial areas, on the roadside and other outdoor venues. Because the outdoor display screen has a large area and works in the sun for a long time, it is inevitably covered with dirt and dust, thus affecting the display effect and color reproduction of the display screen. In order to ensure its display effect, we need to regularly clean and maintain the outdoor LED display screen. The cleaning work needs to be equipped with a professional cleaning team, usually using a high-altitude rope (commonly known as spider man) or a crane boat, equipped with professional cleaning equipment, according to different dirt to select targeted cleaning, so as to ensure that the cleaning work is completed without damaging the led lamp beads and masks. First of all, you should buy a cleaning kit with excellent quality (you can't use clean water directly). The cost of cleaning solution generally includes electrolyte, high-purity distilled water, antistatic liquid, etc., which can effectively clean the dust and other stains on the LED display screen. Before cleaning, you need to pull out the power cord, spray a little cleaning solution on the cleaning cloth, and gently wipe it in the same direction.
Cleaning steps: 1. Dust removal: remove dirt and dust on the surface of the display screen mask;
2, clean: spraying special clean liquid on that surface of the module by using a spraying machine for preliminary cleaning;
3. Secondary dust removal: use an electric brush to clean the dust on the LED display screen again, and pay attention to avoid secondary pollution;
4. Secondary cleaning: spray the special cleaning solution on the surface of the module, and clean again to remove the dust;
5. Air drying: It can be dried naturally in good weather, such as humidity, low temperature and low surface drying;
6. Repair: Use a spraying machine to spray the special repair liquid evenly on the surface of the display screen for surface repair;
7. Wind drying: Under the conditions of temperature, humidity, wind speed, etc., the LED full-color screen can be naturally ventilated.
